Organizers of the 2013 Congress of the Humanities and Social Sciences as well as the Canadian Historical and Canadian Sociological Associations are pleased to invite Congress attendees and members of the public to join us in celebrating the life and scholarly contributions of:
Dr. Olive Patricia Dickason (1920-2011)
Author of The Myth of the Savage and Canada’s First Nation
Where: First Peoples House (centre of University of Victoria campus)
When: Wednesday June 5, 2013 between 6:30-10:00 pm
Doors will open for refreshments at 6:30pm and the program will begin at 7:30pm.
