Each session room will be equipped with a data projector, projection screen, ethernet cable and Internet access, and sound system only. Laptops or desktop computers will not be supplied. Please ensure you or the session organizers are prepared with a laptop computer and required VGA cables.

The UVic Wireless Network (UVic AirNet) will allow Congress delegates to connect laptops and other wireless devices to the Internet at high speeds from most places on campus. A customized Congress 2013 login and password will be provided to all delegates.
The University of Victoria offers a variety of computing facilities (Windows and Macintosh) that will be available to delegates during Congress on a complimentary basis. Specific locations and hours of operation will be provided in the Delegate Guide that will be distributed at Registration.
Grayscale and colour high-speed laser printing and photocopying services are available for a fee at all computing facilities. Prices are per printed side.
