The Canadian Federation of the Humanities and Social Sciences Congress team has provided information to assist delegates with their trip planning.

Brock University has reserved on-campus rooms to accommodate 1,300 delegates. Congress has also made arrangements with several local hotels for special delegate discounts.
Information about onsite facilities such as accessibility, child minding, food services, banking, and computer labs is being updated regularly.

We are unable to provide water pitchers in the session rooms therefore strongly encourage Delegates to bring reusable water bottles. Congress has indicated that low cost bottles will be available for purchase on site and there are several refill stations throughout the campus.
