The Canadian Sociological Association/La Société canadienne de sociologie seeks a new editor to build on the solid foundations laid by hundreds of scholars since the Canadian Review of Sociology/Revue canadienne de sociologie was first published in 1964. The ideal candidate will uphold high levels of sociological discourse and promote the prominence of the journal in Canada and internationally. S/he will be an established scholar affiliated with a Canadian university, with broad interests, an appreciation for diverse theoretical approaches and methodologies, a keen sense of the major intellectual issues confronting the discipline, and a solid record of publication in peer-reviewed journals in Canada and abroad.
The Canadian Review of Sociology/Revue canadienne de sociologie is published quarterly and distributed internationally by Wiley-Blackwell Publishing.
