Journal of Promising Practices on Diversity and Equity
About the Regional Diversity Roundtable (RDR):
The RDR is a charitable not-for-profit committed to building inclusion and diversity competence that results in the institutionalization of equity in core values, structures, workforce, policies and services of organizations and institutions in Peel.
About the Journal:
This year the RDR is expanding its resource development and transfer knowledge initiatives by creating an electronic research journal. We are soliciting papers that address organizational policies, programs, and practices that promote inclusive, respectful and culturally-competent service delivery to diverse stakeholders.
Topics may include, but are not limited to, data collection of racialized communities, best diversity practices from other countries, intersectionality, organizations championing diversity, organizational equity, personal experiences in the journey towards organizational change, evaluation models and assessment tools for diversity initiatives, outreach practices, accommodation, community cohesion, capacity building within organizations and professional development. The RDR also welcomes submissions on innovative programs or practices and underexplored issues, gaps and stakeholders.
