Concordia University’s Workshops on Social Science Research (WSSR)

For the sixth year, Concordia University’s Workshops on Social Science Research (WSSR) are offering a series of short, intensive educational experiences and networking opportunities that allow participants to develop their critical thinking skills, make new contacts, and succeed as future decision makers.

Several influential public figures and renowned academics will offer workshops about Democratic Governance, Public Policy, and Research Methodology(see below for a list of our instructors). These seminars are an exceptional opportunity for students and participants from all walks of life to gain direct access to and engage with individuals with first-hand experience in the field.

Located on Concordia University’s vibrant downtown campus right at the heart of Montreal, this is a great chance for you to combine unique summer learning with the exciting sights and sounds of this exceptional city.

Workshops range from one to five days and are offered both for credit and non-credit. Drawing participants from other universities, civil servants, professionals from the private sector, and members of the general public, the WSSR are open to anyone eager to advance their skills and perspectives.

Whether you wish to attend a single workshop or many, you can join us at any time from May 1-July 17, 2014.   Spaces are limited so find out more and register today!
