Submissions for the Call for Abstracts will be reviewed by the session organizers by February 15. You may log into the submission system to view your results. We will be sending notification via email (please check your spam folder) on that February 15.
ACCEPTED: Your submission has been approved for presentation in the Conference.
Several of the sessions have been sub-divided into multiple regular and roundtable sessions. We will notify you at the end of February regarding your presentation’s placement in a specific regular or roundtable sub-session (if applicable) as well as scheduling.
NOT ACCEPTED: Your submission has been declined.
You have the option of contacting the Conference Program Committee to request further review for possible inclusion in another session however due to the volume of submissions received this may not be possible. Contact the CSA-SCS Executive Director for assistance.
Please contact our office if the status of your submission is not clear or indicates UNDER REVIEW or STANDBY.
