Abstract Review Results

The Call for Abstract closed on January 31, 2023.

Submissions for the Call for Abstracts will be reviewed by the session organizers by February 15.  You may log into the submission system to view your results.   We will be sending notification via email (please check your spam folder) on February 15.

Check the status of your submission

ACCEPTED: Your submission has been approved for presentation in the Conference.

Several of the sessions have been sub-divided into multiple  sub-sessions.  We will notify you at the end of February regarding your presentation’s placement in a specific session as well as scheduling.

Click the ‘Action’ icon to the right of your abstract for an option to view feedback from the session organizers.

NOT ACCEPTED: Your submission has been declined.

You have the option of contacting the Conference Program Committee to request further review for possible inclusion in another session however due to the volume of submissions received this may not be possible.  Contact the CSA Office for assistance.

UNDER REVIEW or STANDBY

Please also contact our Office if the status of your submission is not clear or indicates under review or standby after February 15.
