As a Session Organizer, your role within Conference is key to ensuring the continued quality of the program and we will be available to support your efforts. With this in mind, we have compiled information which may be helpful.
The Online Abstract Submission System can be accessed at http://www.csa-scs.ca/submissions.
Approved sessions will be posted on November 18, 2016 on the submission system as well as the Conference website.

- February 15 – Session organizers should have reviewed and notified authors as well as submitted the order of presentations to our office. Instructions were sent via email however feel free to contact us for assistance.
- January 23 – Abstract review process
- November 23 – Call for Abstracts information
