Professional Background and Affiliations: 
During my previous degrees, I had the opportunity to work as research assistant,  a teaching assistant, and a statistical assistant at the South-Western Ontario Research Data Centre (SWORDC).

Since beginning my PhD, I have been employed as both a research assistant, and teaching assistant at the University of Waterloo. In addition, I serve as the graduate student representative for the department of Sociology & Legal Studies.

I am a member of the Canadian Sociological Association (CSA) and the American Sociological Association (ASA).
