I am a PhD Student in the Department of Leadership, Higher and Adult Education in the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education at the University of Toronto and also the Leadership Education and Development Advisor at the University of Guelph. My research explores higher education learning outcomes of Canadian student affairs and services (SAS) professionals. Using participatory action research, I hope to understand and explore the current practices of regulating, educating, and applying knowledge, skills, attitudes, and characteristics of SAS professionals within their respective institutions and campus cultures.

My research interests are: higher education learning outcomes, student development, educational accessibility, defence studies, and heraldry
