Our sincere appreciation to the outgoing Editorial Board Members

Dr. Dominique Clément (University of Alberta) served as the Managing Editor from 2022-2025. In this role, he regularly liaised with the journal's publisher on marketing strategies, subscription fees, and Author Publication Charges. Dr. Clément was responsible for recruiting Executive Editors and Associate Editors when required as well as chairing the CRS Best Article Award adjudication committee. As part of the Canadian Sociological Association Executive Committee, he ensured the journal and editorial board's interests were consistently represented. We are deeply grateful to Dr. Clément for his outstanding leadership of the journal and valuable contributions to the governance of the CSA.

Dr. Michelle Maroto (University of Alberta) and Dr. David Pettinicchio (University of Toronto) served at Executive Co-Editors from 2023-2025. During this time, they were responsible for 181 manuscripts (157 were Original Articles, 16 were Research Notes, and 8 Committing Sociology pieces) along with 25 manuscripts which were in the review process when they assumed their roles. They also introduced a new Student Advisory Board with 15 student across Canada participating in bi-weekly meetings. This initiative to incorporate students into the publishing process provides an important space for mentoring and professional development. We thank Dr. Maroto and Dr. Pettinicchio for their dedication and efforts have which have made a significant impact on the journal's operations.

We wish to also recognize the many Associate Editorial Board and Student Advisory Board members who have ended their terms this year for the time and expertise they shared as part of the article review processes.
