The Conference organizing committee is happy to welcome you to our new event website! Canadian Sociological Association Conference delegates benefit from the opportunity to learn from, and engage with, scholars and practitioners working within the discipline of sociology.
The CSA Virtual Conference will be using the Zoom platform.
Important: Sign-up for each virtual session you plan to attend - this includes session presenters and chairs as well as attendees. A confirmation email from Zoom with a link to join the session on the specified date and time will be sent along with a calendar invitation.
Chairs and presenters are asked to log into their session 15 minutes in advance for Green Room time. The CSA Zoom Room Monitor will ensure your video, audio, and screen-sharing for presentations is working correctly.
Each session will have a unique sign-up form that can be accessed in a variety of ways;
- Search the Conference Schedule for your session from June 9 - 13 and click the link 'Sign-up to receive login details for this session' in the session description.
- Refer to the quick list of virtual sessions and click the Virtual Room link
- Download the Full Program (pdf) and click the link 'Sign-up to receive login details for this session' in the session description.
