Canadian Sociological Association Conference delegates benefit from the opportunity to learn from, and engage with, scholars and practitioners working within the discipline of sociology.
We are very excited to work in partnership with Dalhousie University's Department of Sociology and Social Anthropology to host our members and the wider community at our 59th Annual Conference.
In-person sessions will be held from June 10 through June 13, 2026 at Dalhousie University in Halifax, Nova Scotia. Virtual sessions from June 2 through June 4, 2026 on our zoom platform.
Please note: We will be holding our Conference independently from the Federation for the Humanities and Social Sciences' Congress which will not be taking place in 2026.
